Return Policy
genuinehyundaipart.com accepts returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and includes every component and accessory that came with the original package.
Please inspect your order carefully as soon as it arrives to check for missing, damaged, or incorrect items. If anything is wrong with your order, reach out to us right away and we'll help arrange a replacement or refund. Please note that we are unable to take responsibility for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts once 30 days have passed from delivery, regardless of the cause. Lost or stolen packages are not our responsibility either — those claims need to go through the shipping carrier directly.
We do not charge a restocking fee, unlike many other sellers.*
For standard returns, please allow up to 8 business days from the time your return arrives at our warehouse for the refund to be fully processed.

- Your payment provider (credit card, PayPal, etc.) posting the refund: up to 2 business days
Please note: customers located outside the contiguous 48 US states — including Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and Puerto Rico — are responsible for return shipping costs on items being sent back for reasons such as changed mind, defects, or ordering errors.
